Roommate Board

If you’re looking for a roommate for the PRACQSYS 2017 conference, we have a roommate board where you can connect with other conference attendees who are also interested in a room share.

Requesting access to the roommate board

The roommate board is a protected Google Sheet.  Please follow this link to request access and we’ll grant your request within one day.  During the process to request access, your browser will present you one of these 2 options:

  1. You will immediately see a pop-up dialogue box from Google instructing you how to request access.
  2. If you are a member of the UW community, you may first see the UW NetID login screen.  Complete the login as usual, then you’ll be instructed to request access to the document.

If you do not have a Google account, please contact us to request access to the roommate board: pracqsys_rooms@ee.washington.edu

Using the board

The roommate board Google Sheet has several recommend fields so that other attendees can identify a prospective roommate. Please provide some brief information about yourself and a short description of your preferences for a roommate.  Because the roommate board is a self-matching process, you must provide your contact information so that your fellow attendees can get in touch with you.
